1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the fiji9 platform ("Website", "Service") and its users ("you", "Member"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service of fiji9, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using fiji9. Continuing to use the service will be taken as your acceptance of the current Terms and any future amendments.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on fiji9, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform's services are open only to those aged 21 and above. Every member is required to provide all necessary information and documents for age verification.

You must also confirm that:

• You are using the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are playing with your own money and are not using funds from a third party or borrowed money.
• You have verified for yourself whether online gaming/betting is prohibited in your area of residence or location.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on fiji9. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts and their balances may be confiscated.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration and at any subsequent stage, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. fiji9 reserves the right to close an account and confiscate any funds earned if registration was completed using false or misleading information.

3. Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details, password, and all other security information completely confidential. Granting any third party access to your account or sharing your login details is prohibited.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach, notify the fiji9 support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on fiji9 is ৳100 (one hundred taka), applicable for each payment method. The payment methods currently accepted on the service are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Deposit requests are generally processed quickly.
• Deposited funds are accepted only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). After a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be partially or fully held until all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during an investigation into suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit at fiji9, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total of ৳2,000 to play with. Or, depositing ৳22,000 adds the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may use each promotional offer only once.
• Bonus funds are not cash; they can only be used for gameplay.
• If any abuse of bonuses is detected, the bonus and all funds earned from it will be confiscated.
• fiji9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Different game categories may have different contribution rates towards meeting wagering requirements.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gameplay on fiji9 are conducted fairly and fair play is ensured. The outcome of each game is determined impartially by a defined algorithm and a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• fiji9 reserves the right to correct any winnings that were incorrectly paid out due to a technical error.
• Any funds obtained by breaking the rules of the game may be confiscated.
• In the sports betting section, results depend on the final result announced by the relevant authority.

6.1 Game Functionality & Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is interrupted mid-way due to technical reasons, fiji9 will review the logs for that session and attempt to provide an appropriate resolution. However, fiji9 is not responsible for issues caused by internet disconnection.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fiji9:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful financial activity.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting operational loopholes.
• Playing using bots, automation software, or any artificial intelligence tools.
• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by conspiring with other players.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 fiji9's Rights

fiji9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This applies in particular if:

• Any provision of these Terms is violated.
• The information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Cooperation with the KYC verification process is not provided.

8.2 Closing Your Own Account

You may contact the fiji9 support team at any time to request closure of your own account. You may withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

9. Responsible Gaming

fiji9 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is an entertainment activity — not a source of income in any way. Always refrain from betting beyond your means.
